- 摘要：A micro spherical stylus manufacturing machine comprises a clamp, a moving unit, a wire supply unit, a wire retrieving unit, an insulating roller, a conducting wire body, a discharging unit, and a loading unit. The clamp is used to hold a circular-shaped electrode, and the loading unit is used to carry a micro sphere, and the insulating roller is positioned at one side of the clamp. The micro spherical stylus manufacturing machine can fabricate a micro electrode tool on the same platform, and then form a micro spherical stylus for a micro coordinate measuring machine by a gluing process.
